DAO Introduction

DAO consists of three Pages: Pre-Proposals, Proposals, Governance/Votes
Anyone can submit a proposal for a free of 5 BLOCX
Each masternode can vote either yes or no
Approved proposals will be funded in increments
Proposals cannot be altered once submitted
Votes can be changed at any time
Voting end 3 days or 72 hours before votes are counted
Votes are counted every 14600 blocks (approx. 30.416 days)
Proposal to be successful has to gather at least 10% of masternode 'yes' votes, same goes for unsuccessful proposals

Proposal requirements

Proposal Name: Cannot use spaces, has to be one word or divided with dashes
URL of Pre-proposal: a proposer has to add pre-proposal link which he/she created on pre-proposals forum
Payment Count: a proposers has to choose in how many cycles the proposal is requesting payment
Payment Date: the requested start of proposal payments
Receiving address of BLOCX: the address to receive proposal payments
Requested amount of BLOCX: the requested payment amount of BLOCX for payment

Creating Pre-Proposal

Once you are ready you should set up forum post. Go to: https://blocx.tech/proposals/

Now click on Proposals (DAO)

Next Step is to Click on New Topic

Fill the Pre-Proposal form Subject: Name of Proposal Requirements:

Payment Count: choose in how many cycles the proposal is requesting payment

Receiving address of BLOCX: the address to receive proposal payments

Requested amount of BLOCX: the requested payment amount of BLOCX for payment Description: Write about your proposal, provide as much as information as possible so everyone could understand it clearly. You can add pictures and link as supportive files.

Once Pre-Proposal created Copy the URL
